Cooperation with other projects

by admin last modified 2008-11-07 13:10

It should be stressed that the increasing complexity of modern scientific and business applications requires increased cooperation and collaboration between companies and institutions in various European countries and that such cooperation often needs to be formed on a per-case basis. The capabilities of computing Grids, with their concept of Virtual Organizations and proper security are an ideal solution for support of such dynamic distributed collaborations. Thus, in addition to developing concrete products in terms of Grid infrastructure and applications, the BalticGrid consortium will also focus on strengthening collaborative links among the participating partners.
